- All plans are based on broadcasting at a typical rate of 500Kbps. The viewer hours and storage hours are calculated assuming a typical bit rate of 500 Kbps. If you broadcast at less than 500 Kbps, viewer hours and storage may increase, but video quality could decrease. If you broadcast at more than 500 Kbps, viewer hours and storage would decrease.
- Simultaneous Viewers are the maximum number of viewers permitted to watch your stream at any given time. For example, you can broadcast an event with 60 people watching, then broadcast another event the following day with 90 people watching then your maximum simultaneous viewers would only be 90 which is less than the 100 allowed with the Starter Package. Note: If you broadcast at an abnormally high bit rate above 500 Kbps then each simultaneous viewer would be counted twice.
- All packages include a maximum number of ad-free viewer hours with hourly fees for additional hours. If you broadcast to 50 viewers for an hour weekly in a given month, then your total monthly viewer hours for that month would be 200 which is much less than the 1000 provided by the Starter package.
